Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- coconut - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Mix cake as directed on box. Grease and flour tube pan. Layer pecans and coconut in bottom of pan. Pouf half of cake batter over this. Mix oleo, powdered sugar and cream cheese. Spoon over batter. Then add remaining batter.Cook at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes. Let cool before removing from pan.
