  • reconstituted lemon juice - 1/2 c
  • can cherry pie filling could substitute blueberries - 1 oz

How to make cherry cheesecake:

In medium bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk. Mix thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Chill 2 hours. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate.
