- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 1/4 c
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- shoyu sauce - 1 c
- wine - 1 c
- ginger powder - 1 Tbsp
- cut up fryers - 2 item
How to make hawaiian chicken:
Place chicken in a large skillet. Mix shoyu sauce, wine, oil, ginger, garlic powder and brown sugar together; pour over chicken. Cook on medium heat; keep turning chicken parts over. When all the broth is gone, put chicken on a cookie sheet and broil for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
