Chicken pizzaiola
Ingredients/Components
- chicken breasts and thighs - 2 lb
- large baking potatoes, quartered - 4 item
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- can peas, drained - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 4 Tbsp
- can mushrooms, drained - 1 item
- large can plum tomatoes - 1 item
- olive oil - 4 Tbsp
- oregano - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make chicken pizzaiola:
Arrange chicken, potatoes, peas, onion and mushrooms in a roasting pan. Pour tomatoes over top. Add salt, pepper, olive oil and cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 375° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
