- eggs - 3 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- coconut - 3/4 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- brown sugar, packed - 3/4 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
How to make hawaiian cake:
Combine cake mix with eggs, oil, sour cream and crushed pineapple. Be sure to use juice. Beat with electric mixer for a full 3 minutes. Pour batter into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan. (Use this size only.)Combine coconut with brown sugar and spread over unbaked batter. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes, or until cake is firm in the center.
