Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- confectioners sugar
- flaked coconut - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 oz
- stick soft margarine - 1 item
- chopped nuts your preference - 1 c
How to make hawaiian cake:
Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar2 tsp. vanilla1 stick soft margarine Mix all ingredients with spoon. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured, and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Frosting: Cream together all ingredients. Spread over cooled cake. Cut in squares. Serves up to 15.
