  • margarine - 3/4 c
  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • flour
  • cocoa - 2/3 c
  • chopped pecans
  • can flaked coconut - 1 1/2
  • jar Marshmallow Creme - 1 oz
  • confectioners sugar - 4 c
  • evaporated milk - 1/2 c

How to make mississippi mud cake:

Cream 2 cups sugar and 3/4 cup margarine until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add combined flour and 2/3 cup cocoa; mix well. Stir in nuts and coconut. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Spread Marshmallow Creme over top of cake. Cool. Cream margarine; blend in vanilla. Add combined sugar and cocoa alternately with milk, beating until light and fluffy. Spread over Marshmallow Creme.
