Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- coconut
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- sifted flour - 1 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Topping:2 eggs
- 2 can pineapple
How to make hawaiian cake:
Topping:2 eggs1 c. sugar3 Tbsp. butter1 1/2 c. coconut No. 2 can pineapple Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Add flour and baking powder. Put batter in greased 8-inch square pan.Topping: Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar gradually. Stir in butter and coconut. Drain pineapple and spread over batter. Pour topping evenly over pineapple. Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
