Hash brown quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- half and half - 1/2 1
- margarine or butter - 1/3 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- frozen hash browns - 2 c
- sausage browned and drained - 1 lb
- shredded hot pepper cheese - 1 c
How to make hash brown quiche:
The night before, mix hash browns and margarine. Pat into crust of 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish. Bake at 425° for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients reserving half and half until last. Add enough half and half to desired consistency. Pour into baked crust, refrigerate overnight.
