Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can crescent rolls - 1 item
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- frozen hash browns
- sausage - 1 lb
How to make breakfast pizza:
Brown and drain sausage. Separate rolls. Place in greased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press. Spoon meat over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes followed by Swiss and Cheddar cheese.* Beat eggs and milk with salt and pepper. Pour on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.*May be prepared ahead and refrigerated, adding eggs and Parmesan cheese when ready to bake.
