Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 5 item
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • can crescent rolls - 1 item
  • shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
  • frozen hash browns
  • sausage - 1 lb

How to make breakfast pizza:

Brown and drain sausage. Separate rolls. Place in greased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press. Spoon meat over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes followed by Swiss and Cheddar cheese.* Beat eggs and milk with salt and pepper. Pour on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

*May be prepared ahead and refrigerated, adding eggs and Parmesan cheese when ready to bake.
