Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- lightly beaten eggs - 4 item
- grated Colby or Jack cheese
How to make chili rellenos casserole:
Mix eggs, milk, mustard and pepper. Layer chilies and cheese in an 8-inch square or round casserole. Pour egg-milk mixture over cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Cheese, Main dish.
