Ingredients/Components

  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • grated zucchini - 3 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • beaten eggs - 4 item
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp

How to make zucchini appetizers:

Mix and blend well all of the ingredients. Put into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Cut into small squares to serve. May be frozen.
