Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- butter, melted - 1 c
- grated cheese - 12 oz
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- corn flakes, crushed - 2 c
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Mix 1/2 cup melted butter and all other ingredients, except corn flakes. Pour into greased casserole. Mix corn flakes and other 1/2 cup butter; sprinkle over top. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
