Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- grated Velveeta - 1 pkg
- hash browns found in refrigerator section - 1 pkg
How to make hash brown casserole:
Melt margarine and pour half into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish. Place hash browns in dish. Mix soup, cheese, sour cream and salt. (Mixture will be thick.) Spread mixture over potatoes. Top with crushed corn flakes and drizzle with remaining butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
