Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- corn flakes - 2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 12 oz
- stick oleo - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- hash browns - 32 oz
How to make hash brown casserole:
Spray Pam on 9 x 13-inch dish. Place thawed potatoes in pan. Mix 1/2 cup butter, soup, cheese, sour cream, salt and onion; pour over potatoes. Top with crushed corn flakes. Drizzle melted oleo over top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
