  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • corn flakes - 2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 12 oz
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • small onion - 1 item
  • hash browns - 32 oz

How to make hash brown casserole:

Spray Pam on 9 x 13-inch dish. Place thawed potatoes in pan. Mix 1/2 cup butter, soup, cheese, sour cream, salt and onion; pour over potatoes. Top with crushed corn flakes. Drizzle melted oleo over top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
