- margarine - 1 c
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- nuts - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Cream together margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Add baking powder. Sift together salt and flour and add to other ingredients. Pour half of batter in Bundt pan and sprinkle with mixture of nuts, cinnamon and sugar. Pour in remaining batter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Coffee cakes.
