Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- carton sour cream
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- shredded cheese
- hash browns - 1 lb
- stick margarine soft - 1/2 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix all ingredients and put in 9 x 13 casserole dish. Top with: 1/2 c. melted margarine mixed with finely crushed cornflakes. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees covered, uncover the last 10 to 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
