Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped chives - 3 Tbsp
- melted oleo - 1/3 c
- hash brown potatoes, thawed - 1 pkg
- grated Cheddar cheese save 1 c - 2 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes. Pour into a casserole; top with 1 cup cheese. Bake at 350° until light brown and bubbly.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
