- c sour cream - 1 item
- cans condensed cream of potato soup - 2 item
- tsp garlic salt - 1/2 item
- - 2 lb pkg frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 item
- c shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 item
- c grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream and garlic salt. Add potatoes and Cheddar cheese, mix well. Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 55-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
