Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- 4 oz - 1 c
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- green onions, thinly sliced - 2 item
- large egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- dried, minced garlic - 1 tsp
How to make hash brown bake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease sides and bottom of a 9 inch round or square casserole dish with 1 tsp. butter. Set aside.
