Ingredients/Components

• sour cream - 1 c
• butter or margarine - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
• 4 oz - 1 c
• black pepper - 1/4 tsp
• green onions, thinly sliced - 2 item
• large egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
• dried, minced garlic - 1 tsp

How to make hash brown bake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease sides and bottom of a 9 inch round or square casserole dish with 1 tsp. butter. Set aside. One at a time, peel potatoes, grate coarsely and place in a bowl of cold water until all potatoes have been grated. Drain potat
