  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt
  • medium onion, diced - 1 item
  • margarine, melted - 1/2 tsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • can condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 item

How to make harvest potatoes:

Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon into baking dish. Combine 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup of melted margarine. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake 45 minutes or until bubbly.
