- paprika - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- hard-boiled eggs - 1 doz
- onion powder - 1/2 tsp
How to make deviled eggs:
Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks to a mixing bowl and crumble with a fork. Stir in enough mayonnaise and mustard to wet yolks. Add a dash of pepper and the onion powder. Mix until combined. Spoon into egg centers. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover to refrigerate until serving time.Recipe categories: Egg, Appetizers, Side dish.
