- chopped pecans - 1 c
- buttermilk - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- box Cool Whip - 18 oz
- medium tub cottage cheese - 1 item
- small boxes apricot Jell-O or 1 family size - 2 item
How to make buttermilk salad:
Mix 2 small boxes apricot Jell-O or 1 family size and crushed pineapple in pan. Mix all together. Heat in pan, then cool. Add Cool Whip, cottage cheese, pecans and buttermilk. Pour into deep dish or mold. Refrigerate until set.Recipe categories: Low protein, Salads, Side dish.
