Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• nutmeg - 1 tsp
• soda - 2 tsp
• raisins - 1 c
• cloves - 1 tsp
• salad oil - 1 c
• beaten eggs - 2 item
• chopped apples - 4 c
• walnuts - 1 c

How to make harvest cake:

Combine first 2 ingredients in bowl; stir often. Let stand 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 325° for 60 minutes in tube pan or 2 (4 x 8-inch) bread pans.
