Apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 2 c
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• soda - 2 tsp
• raisins - 1 c
• butter or oleo - 1/2 c
• chopped apples - 4 c

How to make apple cake:

Cream together sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter. Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture. Add apples, nuts and raisins. Mix well. Spread mixture into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
