Ingredients/Components
- self-rising flour - 4 c
- sugar - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 2 c
- shortening - 2/3 c
- baking powder - 2 Tbsp
How to make hardee's biscuits:
Mix biscuits as usual. Place 1 stick of margarine in bread pan and place in oven to melt. Remove pan from oven and leave half of margarine in pan. Use the rest to spoon over biscuits. Bake at 375° until golden brown on bottom and top.Recipe categories: Breads, Rolls/biscuits, High calcium.
