Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- vegetable oil or butter - 1/2 c
- mashed ripe bananas - 1 c
How to make banana bread:
Mix oil and sugar in large bowl. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in bananas, milk and vanilla; blend. Stir in flour. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Quick breads.
