Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 6 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1 tsp
- shredded Jack cheese - 3 Tbsp
- fine cracker crumbs - 1/3 c
- dry red or white wine - 2 Tbsp
- to 20 medium size mushrooms - 15 item
How to make happy hour mushrooms:
Mix together last 6 ingredients. Fill mushrooms with cheese mixture. Spray pan with Pam. Broil 5 to 6 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
