Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- Velveeta cheese, diced - 2 lb
- jalapeno peppers, finely chopped - 3 item
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
How to make hamburger dip:
Brown first 3 ingredients and drain. Add next 4 ingredients. Simmer 30 to 45 minutes and add cheese. Stir until melted. Serve in a chafing dish with Mexican (tostados) chips.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Ground beef.
