  • egg - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • hamburger
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 c
  • green pepper, chopped - 1 c
  • large can tomato juice - 1 item
  • grated potato - 1 c

How to make hamburger delight:

Mix all ingredients, except juice. Make into patties and cook. When cooked, return all patties to skillet and cover with tomato juice. Simmer 30 minutes or longer, until juice cooks down and becomes thick.
