Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
  • green pepper, finely chopped - 2 Tbsp
  • Creole mustard
  • chopped pimento, well drained - 2 Tbsp
  • 6 x 4 x 1/8-inch boiled ham slices - 6 item

How to make ham rolls:

Combine all ingredients, except ham. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each ham slice. Roll up and secure with wooden pick. Cover and chill. Carefully slice each roll into 1/2-inch pieces. Serve with toothpicks. Yield: 4 dozen.
