Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • cold water - 2 envelopes
  • lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
  • onion, finely chopped - 1 item
  • hot sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • celery, chopped - 1/2 c
  • green pepper, finely chopped - 1 item
  • boiled eggs, chopped - 2 item
  • shrimp, cooked and finely chopped, or 3 small cans shrimp, well drained - 1 lb

How to make shrimp mold:

Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, dissolved gelatin and lemon juice. Add shrimp, celery, eggs, salt, pepper, onion and hot sauce. Put in lightly oiled fish mold and chill. Unmold and serve with crackers and Melba toast.
