Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- fresh pork, ground - 1 lb
- cured ham, ground - 1 lb
- cracker crumbs, soaked in 3/4 c - 1 c
How to make ham loaf:
Combine meat, egg and cracker crumbs. Mix well and form into loafs and place in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Bake at 450° for 1/2 hour, baste with sauce and bake 1 more hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork, Ham.
