- ground ham
- ground pork - 1 lb
- ground chuck - 3/4 lb
- eggs - 2 item
- crushed graham crackers
- milk - 1 c
- Sauce:1 can tomato soup
- mustard - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- brown sugar
How to make ham balls:
Sauce:1 can tomato soup1 tsp. mustard1/2 c. vinegar1 1/4 c. brown sugar Mix meat, eggs, crushed crackers and milk well; form into 2 inch balls.Mix sauce ingredients and pour over top of balls in a large baking dish. Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours at 350°.
