Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- sliced potatoes - 4 c
- cubed fully cooked ham
How to make ham and potato casserole:
Layer potatoes, ham and cheese in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. In saucepan, combine soups, onion and one can of water. Mix well. Pour over potatoes, ham and cheese. Bake at 350° until potatoes are tender, about 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
