Ingredients/Components

  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • sliced potatoes - 4 c
  • cubed fully cooked ham

How to make ham and potato casserole:

Layer potatoes, ham and cheese in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. In saucepan, combine soups, onion and one can of water. Mix well. Pour over potatoes, ham and cheese. Bake at 350° until potatoes are tender, about 45 minutes.
