Ham and cheese quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- 1/2 lb
- spring onion, chopped - 1/3 c
- deep dish pie shell, unbaked - 1 item
- cooked ham can use Spam
How to make ham and cheese quiche:
Mix mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch. Place cheese, ham and onion on bottom of pie shell. Pour egg mixture evenly over other ingredients. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Let set 10 minutes after removing from oven before serving. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Main dish.
