Ham and cheddar quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- diced ham - 6 oz
- cooked broccoli - 1 c
- ready made pie shell - 1 item
How to make ham and cheddar quiche:
Mix mayonnaise, milk, cornstarch and eggs with hand mixer. Stir in ham, cheese and pepper with wooden spoon. Pour into pie shell and top with cooked broccoli. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Savory pies.
