garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 item
chopped tomatoes - 1 item
seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
lime or lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 1 item
container sour cream - 1 (16
cans refried beans - 2 or
can chopped green chilies, undrained - 1 oz
ripe avocados, pitted and peeled - 3 item
small can sliced ripe olives - 1 item

How to make fiesta guacamole dip:

In small bowl combine refried beans and chilies; spread on large serving plate. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning, spread evenly over top of bean mixture. In small bowl, mash avocados; stir in lime or lemon juice and salts. Spoon evenly over sour cream mixture. Cover and chill for several hours. Just before serving, garnish with cheeses, tomatoes, green onions and olives. Serve with tortilla chips. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
