Fiesta guacamole dip
Ingredients/Components
- sliced green onion - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- chopped tomatoes - 1 item
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- lime or lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 1 item
- container sour cream - 1 (16
- cans refried beans - 2 or
- can chopped green chilies, undrained - 1 oz
- ripe avocados, pitted and peeled - 3 item
- small can sliced ripe olives - 1 item
How to make fiesta guacamole dip:
In small bowl combine refried beans and chilies; spread on large serving plate. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning, spread evenly over top of bean mixture. In small bowl, mash avocados; stir in lime or lemon juice and salts. Spoon evenly over sour cream mixture. Cover and chill for several hours. Just before serving, garnish with cheeses, tomatoes, green onions and olives. Serve with tortilla chips. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 12 to 15 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Weeknight.
