  • garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
  • sliced green onions - 1 item
  • shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese - 1 item
  • chopped tomatoes - 1 item
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
  • cans refried beans - 2 or
  • sliced ripe olives - 1 item
  • ReaLemon juice from concentrate - 2 Tbsp
  • can chopped green chilies undrained - 1 oz
  • container sour cream I use low or no fat - 1 (16
  • ripe avocados, pitted and peeled - 3 item

How to make fiesta guacamole dip:

In small bowl, combine refried beans and chilies; spread on large serving plate. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning; spoon over bean mixture, spreading evenly. In small bowl, mash avocados; stir in ReaLemon brand and salts. Spoon evenly over sour cream mixture. Cover; chill several hours. Just before serving, garnish with cheese, tomatoes, green onions and olives. Serve with tortilla chips. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
