Fiesta guacamole dip
Ingredients/Components
- garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
- sliced green onions - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese - 1 item
- chopped tomatoes - 1 item
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
- cans refried beans - 2 or
- sliced ripe olives - 1 item
- ReaLemon juice from concentrate - 2 Tbsp
- can chopped green chilies undrained - 1 oz
- container sour cream I use low or no fat - 1 (16
- ripe avocados, pitted and peeled - 3 item
How to make fiesta guacamole dip:
In small bowl, combine refried beans and chilies; spread on large serving plate. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning; spoon over bean mixture, spreading evenly. In small bowl, mash avocados; stir in ReaLemon brand and salts. Spoon evenly over sour cream mixture. Cover; chill several hours. Just before serving, garnish with cheese, tomatoes, green onions and olives. Serve with tortilla chips. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 12 to 15 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Weeknight.
