Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • diced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • garlic salt - 1 tsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • can mushrooms - 4 oz
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated - 3 oz
  • frozen chopped spinach - 1 pkg
  • tiny noodles, cooked and drained - 4 oz

How to make ground beef casserole:

Brown meat and onion. Add all ingredients but sour cream. Cool and add sour cream. Bake in greased casserole 45 minutes at 350°, uncovered.
