Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- oregano - 1/2 1
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- juice of 2 lemons
How to make grilled chicken breasts:
Mix marinade ingredients well (shake in jar and blend with whisk). Pour over chicken breasts and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Grill breasts over hot coals for approximately 20 minutes or until done. Turn once or twice during grilling time and baste with remaining marinade. Serve with brown rice and fresh green salad.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
