Grilled chicken breasts



  • vegetable oil
  • garlic salt - 1 tsp
  • Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • to 10 chicken breasts boneless - 8 item

How to make grilled chicken breasts:

Marinade:1/2 c. vegetable oil juice of 2 lemons2 Tbsp. soy sauce1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard1 tsp. garlic salt1 tsp. oregano1/2 tsp. black pepper Mix marinade ingredients well by shaking in jar or blending with whisk. Pour over chicken breasts and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Grill breasts over hot coals for approximately 20 minutes or until done. Turn once or twice during grilling time and baste with remaining marinade. May also be broiled in oven.
