Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 c
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 3 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can English peas, drained - 1 item
- can French-cut green beans, drained - 1 item
How to make green pea salad:
Mix green beans, English peas, corn, onion, celery and bell pepper and place in a bowl. Then mix vinegar, oil, sugar and salt and pour this over the vegetables. Let marinate in refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. Makes approximately 2 quarts or 8 to 10 servings.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Salads, Side dish.
