Green chile cheese dip

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• sour cream - 1 c
• finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
• half and half or milk - 1 Tbsp
• can diced California chiles - 1 oz

How to make green chile cheese dip:

Mix all ingredients with mixer until well blended, using enough cream for a dipping consistency. Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors. Makes approximately 3 cups.
