Ingredients/Components

  • cornstarch - 6 oz
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • oregano - 1/2 oz
  • olive oil - 3 Tbsp
  • chicken stock - 3 gal
  • diced green chilies - 5 lb
  • cumin - 1 oz
  • chicken base - 1/2 c
  • chopped garlic - 3 Tbsp
  • bunch cilantro, chopped - 1 item
  • chicken filets, diced - 4 item

How to make green chile:

Simmer chicken filets in stock until done. Remove and dice. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil; add chicken and green chilies for a couple minutes. Add cilantro to saute mix. Add saute mix and remaining ingredients to stock. Simmer to desired consistency and flavor.
