Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 6 oz
- chopped onion - 1 c
- oregano - 1/2 oz
- olive oil - 3 Tbsp
- chicken stock - 3 gal
- diced green chilies - 5 lb
- cumin - 1 oz
- chicken base - 1/2 c
- chopped garlic - 3 Tbsp
- bunch cilantro, chopped - 1 item
- chicken filets, diced - 4 item
How to make green chile:
Simmer chicken filets in stock until done. Remove and dice. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil; add chicken and green chilies for a couple minutes. Add cilantro to saute mix. Add saute mix and remaining ingredients to stock. Simmer to desired consistency and flavor.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork, Peppers.
