Green bean casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- ground beef
- grated Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
- green beans - 1 pt
- can 10 count Butter-Me-Not biscuits - 1 item
How to make green bean casserole:
Fry beef, green pepper and onions. Drain grease. Stir in tomato sauce, green beans and salt. Place canned biscuits on greased baking dish. Flatten out. Beat egg and pour over biscuits. Add 1/2 of egg mixture. Pour beef mixture over this, then add remaining cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Note: I just mix meat and cheese together.
