Ingredients/Components
- dried oregano - 1/2 tsp
- pitted ripe olives - 24 item
- medium tomatoes, cut in wedges - 3 item
- crumbled Feta cheese - 1/4 c
- bottled oil and vinegar dressing - 1/2 c
- bunches romaine, torn - 2 item
How to make greek salad:
Place romaine, tomatoes, olives, cheese and oregano in a large bowl. Toss with dressing. Makes 10 servings.Tip: To crumble Blue cheese, freeze first (it is easier to handle and remains in separate pieces). After crumbling, wrap and freeze. Separate into pieces before adding to salad.
