Ingredients/Components

  • dried oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • pitted ripe olives - 24 item
  • medium tomatoes, cut in wedges - 3 item
  • crumbled Feta cheese - 1/4 c
  • bottled oil and vinegar dressing - 1/2 c
  • bunches romaine, torn - 2 item

How to make greek salad:

Place romaine, tomatoes, olives, cheese and oregano in a large bowl. Toss with dressing. Makes 10 servings.

Tip: To crumble Blue cheese, freeze first (it is easier to handle and remains in separate pieces). After crumbling, wrap and freeze. Separate into pieces before adding to salad.
