Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • stick butter or oleo - 1 item
  • Mix well
  • can crushed pineapple and juice - 1 oz
  • sugar white - 1 c
  • Milnot - 1/2 c

How to make granny cake:

Stir first 4 ingredients and then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. nuts1 stick butter or oleo1 c. sugar (white)1/2 c. Milnot1 tsp. vanilla Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts over cake. Bake 35 minutes at 350°. To pour over cake after baked, boil butter, white sugar, Milnot and vanilla, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes, then pour over cake while hot.
