  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • light brown sugar - 1 c
  • honey - 1 c
  • chopped apples - 3 c
  • Sift together dry ingredients and add to honey mixture

How to make honey apple cake:

Beat together eggs, sugar, oil and honey. Sift together dry ingredients and add to honey mixture. Mix thoroughly. Add vanilla, nuts and apples. Mix gently and pour into a lightly greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes.Topping:1 stick margarine1 c. light brown sugar1/4 c. milk1/4 c. honey Boil ingredients together 2 1/2 minutes and pour over cake while it is still hot.
