Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • canned milk - 1 c
  • 2 can crushed pineapple with juice
  • Add pineapple with juice and eggs

How to make granny cake:

Sift together flour, sugar, salt and soda. Add pineapple with juice and eggs. Mix and pour in 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cake. Bake 35 minutes at 350°.Topping:1 stick margarine1 c. canned milk1/2 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Heat to dissolve sugar and pour over cake while warm.
